The New Hampshire Farm, Forest, and Garden Expo is excited to again be at the Deerfield Fairgrounds on Friday, May 2nd & Saturday, May 3rd, 2025. We have 3 buildings and plenty of outdoor space to choose from. WiFi and Electricity are included but must be reserved ahead of time.

Being an Agriculture/Forestry education based exposition, we give preference to exhibitors who best fit with the Expo’s Farm, Forest and Garden theme. We attract families, small & hobby farms, agriculture enthusiasts and homeowners. Please review the Exhibitor Requirements Section below for specific details. Adults $10 | 12 & under FREE

NEW: All Vendors will receive 10 complimentary general admission tickets to give away to customers in addition to 10 staff admissions. We encourage you to be creative with them by holding drawings in-store or on social media.

Camping

Camping with water/electric $45/night.

Dry camping $25/night.

BUILDING A

  • Green, 10×8 booths are available to only educational/nonprofit organizations until March 1st.
  • We invite Commercial Exhibits which advertise and promote equipment, supplies, and services generally used by and generally associated with farming, forestry and gardening in the state.
  • Pink Premium booths are NOT available to Home Owner commercial vendors such as siding and windows until after March 1st. Agricultural businesses and sponsors will have first option to these spaces.
  • Middle aisle section will have pipe and drape.
  • Middle booths have shared electric overhead and are accessed through extension cords dropping from ceiling. Power can be dropped into any booth.
  • Outside wall booths have no pipe and drape and no side delination.
  • Wall booths have shared electric wall sockets.

  • Outside Walls spaces have no pipe and drape backing or sides.  Electric is shared on walls.
  • Middle booths have pipe and drape deliniation. Middle booths share overhead electric and are accessed through extension cords dropping from ceiling.
  • Indoor/Outdoor combo space by special arrangement only.
  • 4-H’s Clover Corner will be in Building B with STEM activities, presentations and displays for all ages.

BUILDING C

  • Food Vendors Note: The Deerfield Fairgrounds charges all food vendors $200 in addition to our $250 vendor fee. We will invoice you for both.
